Oleg Khaykin is Chairman of the Board of Tagore. Oleg is also President and CEO of Viavi Solutions Milpitas CA and has also been appointed to the Viavi Board of Directors. Mr. Khaykin has more than 28 years of industry experience including senior advisor with Silver Lake Partners. Before that, Mr. Khaykin was President and CEO of International Rectifier from 2008 until its acquisition by Infineon AG in the January of 2015. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Amkor Technology and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Conexant Systems. Earlier in his career he spent eight years with The Boston Consulting Group and prior to that, he was an engineer at Motorola. Mr. Khaykin holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with honors from Carnegie-Mellon University.




Lip-Bu Tan is board member of Tagore Technology. Lip-Bu is also the President and CEO of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. since January 2009 and has been a member of the Cadence Board of Directors since February 2004. He also serves as chairman of Walden International, a venture capital firm he founded in 1987. Prior to founding Walden, Tan was Vice President at Chappell and Co. and held management positions at EDS Nuclear and ECHO Energy. He is Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Electronic System Design Alliance and serves on the board of Global Semiconductor Association (GSA), as well as the boards of Ambarella Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co., and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. He also serves on the Board of Trustees and the School of Engineering Dean’s Council at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Tan received an M.S. in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and a B.S. from Nanyang University in Singapore.



Amitava Das is one of the founders of Tagore in 2011, the CEO and a Board Member. Amitava has previously served as Director at both Maxlinear and at Freescale. Prior to those roles Amitava held senior engineering roles at Motorola and Freescale developing 2.5G/3G RF IC Circuits and Modules which shipped in large volumes in cellular phones. Earlier is his career, Amitava was an Associate professor at the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay. Amitava holds a Ph.D., in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, an M.S. in EE from University of Akron and EE undergraduate degree from Jadavpur University.
